Mental Health Provider

Location: Remote

Type: Part-Time (15+ clients per week)

Qualifications: Licensed LPC/LCSW/LMFT or LPC licensure candidate (LPCC)

Compensation: $45-55 per hour

Exploration Counseling and Consulting, LLC is looking for a compassionate and driven Mental Health Provider to offer therapeutic care and treatment to individuals, couples, and/or families in Colorado.

We are a group practice that provides online therapy, with a strong emphasis on women’s health, perinatal mood, and major life transitions. 

If you are a licensed counselor or counselor candidate in Colorado, are motivated to help individuals and families thrive, and are interested in part-time, flexible hours in a laid-back and supportive environment, let’s talk!

Responsibilities and Activities

  • Provide quality, thorough, and effective mental health counseling to individuals, couples, and/or families in Colorado

  • Participate in monthly consultation

  • Maintain timely documentation in a provided EHR system

  • Be an active participant in networking and marketing yourself and the practice

  • Provide community webinars or in-person training (optional)

Skills Required

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Eagerness to learn and continually grow clinical knowledge and skills

  • Clinical interest in perinatal mood disorders, maternal mental health, and parenting

  • Organized and able to maintain accurate scheduling, thorough billing, and prompt client communication
